Come experience an intimate, chef-driven Valentine’s Day with dinner inside Flora within the Des Moines Botanical Garden. Ticketing is sold per person. Each ticket will include a four-course dinner, gratuity and entry into the Garden’s Dome After Dark after-hours light display. Menu details to come. Wine pairings and items from a curated beverage menu will be available for purchase that evening.

Seating will be from 6-6:15 p.m. We will begin dinner service at 6:15. Please plan on two hours for dinner. Dome After Dark runs from 6-10 p.m. You will be able to tour the event at your leisure after dinner.

Reserve your picnic box to share with a date during Dome After Dark at the Botanical Garden. One box includes shareable cheese, meat, house-made focaccia bread and chocolate-covered strawberries. Vegetarian boxes are available - please make a note in the section for dietary restrictions if you’d like a vegetarian box.
Price does not include tickets to Dome After Dark.

Botanical Blues
Sundays January 4 thru March 29, 2026, 12pm-4pm. Performances begin at 1pm and 3pm.
Botanical Blues performances begin at 1pm and 3pm each Sunday during the series. Shows are one hour, with a one-hour intermission between the two performances. Shows are held live in the conservatory. Botanical Blues attendees are welcome to wander the indoor gardens during the concert.
Flora serves brunch inside the cafe from 10-2 Sundays, and we have our concessions stand in the Conservatory during Botanical Blues from 12:30-3:30.
